FES-UA

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities

✅ EES Accepted
Award: Up to $10,697/year (K–3, Miami-Dade 2025–26)

Students ages 3–22 with a qualifying disability: IEP, 504 Plan, dyslexia diagnosis, ADHD, ASD, language disorder, or other documented disability.

EES Services Covered

  • Part-time tutoring (1:1 or small group)
  • Full-time tutoring
  • Specialized After-School Program
  • Specialized Summer Program

PEP

Personalized Education Program

✅ EES Accepted
Award: Varies by county

Florida K–12 students not enrolled full-time in a public or private school — including homeschoolers and hybrid arrangements.

EES Services Covered

  • Reading tutoring and instruction
  • Specialized reading programs
  • Educational materials and curriculum

PEP applications are open year-round through Step Up For Students.

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options / Florida Tax Credit

Award: Up to ~$8,000/year

Florida K–12 students attending approved private schools. This scholarship is for private school tuition — not tutoring or supplemental services.

FES-EO/FTC is designed for private school tuition. EES is a tutoring and supplemental services provider and is not eligible to accept this scholarship. If you have FES-EO, contact your private school directly.
